RENTAL POLICY
PH Companies, the parent organization encompassing PH Design Firm, PH Property Management, and PH Realty, extends the use of our company-owned box truck to cater to the diverse needs of our clients. This includes, but is not limited to, facilitating the moving requirements of buyers and sellers involved in real estate transactions. To maintain a seamless and effective service, all clients utilizing our box truck service are required to comply with the following policies and procedures outlined below.
Equipment Rental Contract: Prior to utilizing our box truck, customers are required to complete the PH Companies Equipment Rental Contract. This contract includes providing a copy of your valid driver's license and insurance card. Submission of the application does not guarantee approval; all applications are subject to review and approval by PH Companies.
Reservation Process: Upon approval of the Equipment Rental Contract, customers can proceed to make a reservation for the box truck.
Maximum Reservation Duration: The maximum duration for reserving the box truck is three (3) days. Extensions beyond this period may be granted on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and approval by PH Companies.
Pick-Up and Drop-Off: Please note that the box truck cannot be picked up earlier than 9:30 am and must be returned no later than 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Damage Reporting: In the event of any damage to the equipment during the rental period, customers are required to complete an equipment damage report promptly.
