Brigette Waits-Garcia brings a dynamic and multifaceted background to her role in real estate, combining high-level corporate experience with entrepreneurial expertise. Having held a prominent position at a former Fortune 500 company and founded several successful ventures, Brigette thrives on innovation, problem-solving, and delivering results.

As the COO of PH Companies since its inception, Brigette has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of PH Realty Team, PH Design Firm, and PH Property Management. It was during this journey that her passion for real estate took root. Today, Brigette is known for her meticulous attention to detail, forward-thinking marketing strategies, and relentless drive to elevate the agent and client experience.

Outside of work, Brigette is a passionate advocate and community leader. As co-founder of One Voice Arkansas—a nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness and support for children with Childhood Apraxia of Speech. Brigette is also an avid genealogist, helping individuals uncover long-lost family histories and build meaningful connections to their roots.
